We have no restrictions on age or professional competencies. Anyone who has an interesting idea that fits into the Signum concept can organize their own project.

— technical means;
— informational and advertising support;
— assistance in attracting partners (universities, libraries, etc.);
— assistance in attracting speakers and teachers;
